Our system interacts with humans through emails, and sales software, and learns from user behavior to perform tasks automatically and help sales teams reach more targets, qualify more leads and win more business. Our clients include government, medical technology, outsourced marketing, and e-commerce companies, such as Justworks, Robin Powered, and NYC.gov. As a fast-growing and successful technology startup, Fusemachines seeks a hard-working, smart, and outstanding individual to join the small and growing customer success team as an account manager in an entry-level position. The account manager is responsible for ensuring success and happiness on our clients’ end. In charge of ~15 accounts, the account manager will be responsible for making a significant contribution to the overall strategies and helping the customer success team manage clients and optimize processes. Qualification level: recent graduates. SaaS experience is a plus.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and capable of working effectively within a team

- An ambitious and hard-working team player, who is results driven and has a natural competitiveness

- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, dynamic and deadline oriented environment

- Must be entrepreneurial, bright, articulate and able to challenge management to think beyond conventional wisdom within the current business paradigm

- Bachelor’s degree

- Must have demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker

- Experience working with numbers, and ability to quantifiably analyze problems facing the business

- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus

- Startup experience is a plus
